PHOENIX, Ariz. (February

Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Arati R. Thaly has joined
the firm as an associate in the Corporate, Securities and Finance department.

Thaly focuses her practice in the areas of corporate
and securities law. She works with both public and private companies on a broad
range of issues, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and
corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, Thaly was an associate
at a large, multidisciplinary firm in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned a J.D. from
Northwestern University School of Law, a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the
University of New South Wales, and a J.D. and B.S, with honors, from the
University of Technology Sydney.
