Companies to Work for in Arizona” program. The methodology for selecting the
top companies included a confidential 76-question Employee Engagement and
Satisfaction Survey that evaluated company culture and individual employee’s
workplace experiences. An Employer Questionnaire was also used to collect
information about company benefits, policies, practices and other general
information. The combined data was analyzed by BCG to determine the final list of
the top 100 companies based on each company’s strengths and challenges.
